Cute as a button, elegant, and colorful – words to describe this home imagined by Jenn Feldman Designs. Based in Los Angeles, California, Jenn Feldman Designs creates timeless, bespoke interiors that demonstrate a passion for design and translating each person’s “story” into a living concept.
We’re thrilled to take a tour of this “story”!
First stop on this house tour – the living room. The organic materials and colors blend together to create a tranquil space you’d be surprised to learn hosts multiple children! We love the symmetry (and asymmetry) of this beautiful living room.
Did we mention this crisp, clean home also houses a furry friend? Fun fact: they designed the living around Tova (the dog), ensuring she had full view to the outside – as any good guard dog requires this.
And Tova can certainly mix pillow patterns perfectly!
Speaking of patterns…throughout the entire house, patterns and color take center stage! Polka dots, stripes, and modern lines mix and match for an eclectic, yet refined look.
We’ll say it again: cute as a button! Wallpaper, gold hardware, and pink accents make for a winning combination in this powder room addition.
Creating the perfect layout that maximized space in this tiny abode required patience, planning, and the help of a professional organizer (who also just so happened to be the homeowner). Without a formal dining room, this space needed to serve dual purposes without losing functionality of either.
Open shelving and Frosty Carrina kept the space light and airy while stained wood contrasted the whites and greens. In fact, the exact shelf stain is also seen in the media console in the family room and again in the laundry room!
The family room, open to the kitchen, maintains the breezy feel with skylights, plenty of space, and a pastel palate. The design team even thought through the arm rest aesthetic, ensuring the couch reflected the open layout of the home! Talk about thinking through each detail!
Each of the bedrooms in this home are unique and full of color, patterns, and…
We finish out the tour with sock-monkey and the sweet bedroom he lives in – a stunning balance of childlike fun, functionality, and elegance.
Thanks for touring – until next time!
