Unique Vases

Vases usually don’t get much attention because the flowers tend to take focus, but don’t think of a vase as just something to hold your flowers. A unique vase can add some serious character to the bouquet. Here are a few vases that are a little more than just flower holders.

I love the idea of covering a table with vases and plants. Each of these glass containers are different, but they go together so perfectly that even without any plants they get attention.

Here’s another similar concept, but the round shape is even more of an attention grabber.

Ceramic vases are not necessarily a new concept, but mixing up the colors with interesting shapes will definitely take notice.

There’s something to be said for abstract geometric vases. A vase can also be a work of art so why not make it one?

These vases were inspired by nature, which is very fitting for something made to hold nature. The neutral colors will help the colors of your flowers pop!

Bet you never thought you would use one of these after high school chemistry. The shape of the florence flask is awesome and colored water or not, makes a pretty cool vase.

The idea of using old perfume bottles as vases is really great! This one is homemade, but still gives off the same idea. I love the idea of using vintage perfume bottles though, even if only one flower will fit.

Stacking different glass bottles and saucers to make one unique vase is a really beautiful idea. You can do this with corresponding pieces or even mix up styles for a really new idea.

Here’s a paper mâché vase I made. It is so fun and easy to do and you can get so creative with different shapes and designs. When you’re done you’ll have a vase unlike any other.
How will you use unique vases in your home?
