Colorful Walls

Let me start by saying that white and black walls are my favorite kind of walls. You can pair anything with these neutral choices. But there are times when we need a little color in our lives. One way to introduce color is to paint an entire accent wall in a lovely, bright color of your choice. A colorful wall can create a beautiful backdrop for a beautiful space.

Pale pink has been on the trend radar for a few years now. Painting an entire wall in this hue makes a space look unbeatable. And displaying black and white photography over the pink is equally striking.

Grey is a color that can be both on the neutral side or on the colorful side. This grey/blue hue can be matched with almost any other color. And it brings instant drama to a space.

Here is another example of how well pink looks in a space. And this time they have paired it with other colors, like purple and green. The whole space looks fresh and vibrant.

There are hundreds of green choices to choose from. This home opted for a mint green wall color in their dining space. Which looks fantastic against the orange chairs and white ceiling.

These rooms prove that just because you’ve painted a wall a specific color, does not mean that you can’t mix other colors in the game. Bravo!

What color would you paint on your walls?
