This time of year, as the leaves change to gold and red, is the most beautiful! Especially in New York City where the contrast of concrete and nature amplifies the Fall colors.
So we are excited to explore the concrete jungle with Argent Advisors, who have owned and redeveloped more than 7 million square feet of commercial and residential properties in the New York area! Talk about hefty numbers!
A large portion of those square feet are in this jumbo-sized kitchen! Who would’ve thought this kind of space existed in New York? The shaker cabinets, striking black backsplash, and Frosty Carrina counters make for a stunning b&w kitchen design!
The twin kitchen of the previous, the layout and Frosty Carrina countertop are the same, is gorgeous with a muted palate. This space is a true white kitchen dream. Plus, we adore the skinny fridge – maybe this will help with our never-ending-but-always-cheating diet.
How could anyone concentrate on cooking with a view like that! The bridge and skyline across the water make for a stunning visual – add a giant mug of hot coffee and the morning couldn’t be more perfect!
You thought Argent Advisors only renovated kitchens? Think again! This bathroom, featuring London Grey around the bath and recessed shelf, is modern in design but hints at the classic subway tiles New York is known for. We love this alternative take on the subway design – subway tiles 2.0.
Argent advisors was oh so smart in this bathroom design – with only a small space to work in, they opened the whole bathroom by using a skinny glass door rather than an enclosing curtain and rod combination. A+ for thoughtful design! And we give extra credit for the detailed Piatra Grey surrounding the tub, recessed shower shelf, and sink.
B&W is the name of the game and Frosty Carrina is back in it! We love the statement wall and can’t get enough of the hardware. Anchored against the backsplash, the sink feels ultra-modern and custom. Sink hardware on the counter is so 2015.
Last, but certainly not least, is this glass tile covered bathroom with, you guessed it, Frosty Carrina. The coordinating soft colors create an oasis in a jungle of taxi’s, high-rises, and bustling streets.
We can’t wait to see the next 7 million square feet from Argent Advisors if they look anything like the previous 7 million!
