We’ve taken you into The Beth in the Chateau on Central by A Finer Touch Construction with its flying pigs and four floors of amazing design. Today we’re taking you into Chateau 10, The Beth’s sister model. The team was able to create a new floor plan that opens to the stairwell, re-designed bathroom layouts with spa-like amenities, and created an open concept design to last. Let’s explore!
How do you create a modern kitchen that is warm and homey? Top traditional, dark cabinetry with bright Calacatta Nuvo countertops. The extensive island plays the dual purpose of a gathering place in the kitchen along with providing additional cooking space.
To keep a sleek design, AFT extended the Calacatta Nuvo up the backsplash and down the island for a waterfall edge. Every inch of the kitchen is maximized for storage with plenty of cabinetry. We love the glass front cabinets up top to keep the room open and airy.
If you want a more formal meal, step over to the round dining table! The intimate setting is complete with views and an elegant drop chandelier.
Once you’re done fine dining, pick a couch and your own TV! That’s right, TWO televisions are installed – a new twist on his and hers!
The color palette of the Chateau plays on lighter tones such as greys and whites while pulling in rich blues, black, and cream.
The master bedroom is complete with a spa-like bathroom. Enjoy a soak in the free-standing tub or wash away the day in a steam shower.
We love a statement wall- especially when it’s textured! Wake up feeling like royalty in this bedroom complete with a view.
What does any chateau need? Interesting tile work, an expansive shower, and a custom Shitake vanity – at least, any chateau we would own.
If you’re so lucky to work from home, just image working in this luxurious home office. How could you get any work done with all the visual appeal in this texture-filled space?
Design tip for small powder rooms- maximize space by skipping cabinetry. AFT created a custom vanity with a Calacatta Nuvo surround and towel rack.
For those that like to entertain- take note. The basement was designed to be the ultimate screening room. There are four screens behind the Shitake bar alone!
With a modern home comes creative designs. The color scheme: black and white everything. The wall features a matte black patterned wallpaper, Calacatta Nuvo vanity atop black cabinetry, and a weaved tile.
The Chateau has a total of four levels of rooms to explore. Our favorite feature- the outdoor patio.
A Finer Touch Construction, you’ve done it again! We’re making our way to the Chateaus of Arizona.
