information and content on this Website, between other websites powered by EQAL, between third party software applications, and services that are
compatible with the EQAL Service.

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Website and the EQAL Service. By using the Website, you
agree to be bound by the specific Website section of this Agreement (Section 1 below), whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply browse
Website, including through a mobile device, or otherwise navigate to the Website without being registered) or you are a “Member” (which means that you have
registered for an account and represent that you are registering as an individual and not as an entity). The term “User” refers to a Visitor or a Member.

By registering for an account and becoming a member (“Member”) and using the EQAL Service and Website, you further agree to be bound by the EQAL Service
section of this Agreement. You are only authorized to use the EQAL Service and Website (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree
to abide by all applicable laws and the terms of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement and save it. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement
and to follow all applicable laws, you should not become a User and should discontinue use of the EQAL Service and Website immediately. If you wish to
become a Member, communicate with other Members, and/or make use of the EQAL Service and Website, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance
during the registration process.

copy of this Agreement by emailing us at: privacy@EQAL.com, Subject: Website Terms of Use Agreement.

EQAL may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by EQAL on the Website. Your continued use of the
EQAL Service and Website after EQAL posts a revised Agreement signifies your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is therefore important that you review
this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

Please choose carefully the information you upload or link to your Member account through the EQAL Service and that you provide to other Members. Your
Member account may not include any form of Prohibited User Content, as outlined in Section 7 below. Despite this prohibition, information, materials,
products or services provided by other EQAL Members (for instance, in their profile) may, in whole or in part, be unauthorized, impermissible or otherwise
violate this Agreement, and EQAL assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. If you become aware of misuse of the EQAL Service and/or Website

prior notice or explanation, and without liability. EQAL expressly reserves the right to remove your Member account and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or
terminate your access to all or any part of the EQAL Service and/or Website if EQAL determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this
Agreement or pose a threat to EQAL and/or its Users.
