Spotlight on... Dan Brunn Architecture and Design

by ·
When it comes to modern day architecture and design, Dan Brunn is in a league of his own. The Harvard University and USC School of Architecture alum takes a unique, high-concept approach to all of his work, which shows in everything from his streamlined furniture to his award-winning commercial and residential projects.

The L.A.-based designer and frequent Caesarstone collaborator has an enviable portfolio, and we’re highlighting just a few of his works that truly capture his signature aesthetic and creative genius.

Fold Up House

Brunn created the free-flowing, openness of this residence by using folded concrete planes to create the illusion of vast amounts of space. The walls and floors are blurred, organically blending into one another to divide the two-level home.

Yojisan Sushi

The Japanese-modern design Brunn created for Yojisan Sushi in Beverly Hills was recently nominated for Interior Design magazine’s Best of The Year Award.

Caesarstone Showroom

Brunn’s design for the Caesarstone Showroom features a gap that divides the space into tow units, separating the showroom area from the offices. Not only does the space highlight all of the brand’s fine quartz, but the design also shows the functionality of the material.

For his furniture designs, Brunn custom makes pieces using polished or honed Caesarstone, like in the contemporary sofa design above.
