Contemporary Meets Cozy - Adding Rugs to your Kitchen

by ·

Rugs are the new black, so to speak. You can’t go wrong with adding a rug to your space, and that includes the kitchen. Kilim rugs in particular have really hit a sweet spot with design this season. There are so many different shapes and sizes. They add an element that we just can’t seem to ignore. Not only are they gorgeous but they give kitchens a sense of comfort and coziness.

It’s a nice feature to include a bright, patterned rug in a minimalist kitchen. It brings personality to a somewhat calm space. And don’t be afraid of a colorful rug. It’s your friend!

This jaw dropping kitchen by Caesarstone is to die for. I found this deep blue kilim rug with the teal pops of color and a design so extraordinary that you will not be able to pass it up. Now just close your eyes for a second and imagine this piece dead center in the middle. Pure bliss.

For a minimalist designer such as myself, I cannot deny the beauty of these rugs. The greatest part about them is each one is made unique.
