Blankets and Throws Roundup

by ·

We might as well hop on the winter and holiday train, there's no turning back! As the temps drop, I become more of a homebody. Nothing sounds better than staying in, snuggling up (complete with a fire burning), drink in hand, and a festive movie playing. The first thing I grab for nights like those is a cozy throw. Emmett and I keep a giant basket in our living room filled with extra blankets and throws for occasions just like that. We use them every single day. Today I'm sharing a giant roundup of my favorites on the Interior Collective! Click through for a peek...

I'll start by saying, the amount of throws I hoard is insane. If there's anything I can justify buying- it's blanket and throws. We use them all the time, they're easy to swap out, and definitely change the aesthetic of a room. I also often buy them as gifts. I feel like it's the one comforting thing you can never have enough of. Let's dive into cozy town!

01: cozy knit // 02: tressa throw // 03: jersey throw // 04: classic throw // 05: organic cotton throw // 06: cable knit throw // 07: gray throw
You really can't go wrong with neutrals or gray. They go with anything and everything! From the above roundup, my favorites include #4 and #5. I love a good tassel or fringe detail.

01: red stripe throw // 02: hastings throw // 03: pendleton throw // 04: red throw // 05: windowpane throw // 06: cabin throw // 07: mohair throw // 08: americana throw // 09: sherpa throw// 10: plaid throw
The holiday season for me means lots of tartan, plaid, and buffalo checks. I love bringing this festive pattern into my home for the winter. I have #9 from the roundup, and I'm also really digging #1, #8, and #10.

01: hotel throw // 02: sea foam throw // 03: traveler throw // 04: pom pom throw // 05: snow creek throw // 06: trestle throw // 07: fringe throw
In addition to snuggling up in a throw on the sofa, I also love draping them at the foot of a bed for added texture and extra warmth. We've been seeing pom pom edge details for a couple seasons now, and I'm still really into it.

01: neutral throw // 02: shearling throw // 03: off white throw // 04: subtle plaid throw // 05: lighthouse throw // 06: cream throw // 07: blush throw
Lastly, if you're a bright and happy interiors type of person, you'd probably opt for a soft, off-white neutral throw. From the above collage, I'm loving #1 and #4, but I own #7 (in black).

Do you guys also hoard and justify the purchase of blankets and throws? I'd love to hear your favorite ways to use them in the comments below! Netflix, holidays, and cozy throws sort of belong together, right?
