The Artsy Powder Room

by ·

We tend to spend more time in the bathroom then we think. Whether you are taking a long bubble bath or getting ready for a date night, it’s possible to spend hours in our bathrooms. Why not make it a place that we love being in? Art should not be constrained to main living spaces. It is free to be wherever your heart desires. Yes, even in the bathroom. Displaying an art piece in your bathroom is a breeze.

If you know me, I love a clean and simple look. The granite color and clean look in this bathroom is spot on. Throwing a great piece of art in the mix is a fabulous touch that doesn’t go unnoticed.

Try pairing vintage art with a more modern bathroom. Or abstract art with a traditional bathroom. The juxtaposition can be a beautiful thing! Also, colorful art in a neutral bathroom brings in character. Remember, bathrooms are not meant to stay sterral. They can feel stylish and fashionable.
