Designer Spotlight | Designtheory

by ·

We have a bird’s eye view into Designtheory’s most beautiful spaces in this week’s Designer Spotlight!

Designtheory has over 25 years of combined experience in design and space planning. The Principal Designers Leanne and Adolphina are a dynamic duo in creating timeless, luxe, inspiring designs. They have the technical knowledge of materials, architectural details, and finishes and a keen eye for beautiful design to create their clients’ dream spaces. We’re thrilled to explore a few of them!

Honeycomb backsplashes are one of our favorite contemporary design elements. Designtheory chose the perfect honeycomb hue to complement the Blizzard counters below. The integrated, custom hood and refrigerator provide a sleek edge to this chef’s kitchen.

This bathroom has the charm of a quaint cottage but the glam of a Hollywood Hills mansion- did you see that chandelier and those glittering cabinetry pulls? Blizzard tops both custom vanities seen in the two mirrors that create the illusion of an endless bathroom. Even without the mirrors, this space would be endlessly charming.

From glamorous bath to an irresistible mini-bar, Designtheory and Pivot Design stocked this space with all the necessities for a perfect party! Wine fridge? Check. Blizzard countertops? Check. Whiskey? Check. A place to clean it all up? Check!

We’re floored by this modern kitchen by Pivot Design and Designtheory! The mix of materials creates a graphic color-blocked space highlighting the best of each medium. Pure White counters line the perimeter to complement the sleek white cabinets above while a Concrete waterfall island is the focal point in this expansive space.

Intricate wallpaper in bathrooms is quickly gaining it’s second wind with a modern spin. From polka dots to filigree to bold patterns like this, wallpaper is coming back! This Pure White vanity is the ideal base for elaborate, statement wall décor.

Another take on a wallpaper-covered bathroom, this space features Raven counters as the dark base to offset the light, organic aesthetic of the walls.

We wrap up this Designer Spotlight with a Pure White console surrounded by a blend of rich materials – veined stone around the fireplace, deep wood grains along the walls, and warm, woven fabrics in the center of the room. Designtheory is an expert in mixing materials and their talents come to life in this beautiful living room. We can’t wait to see what Designtheory has next!
