Designer Spotlight | Shirley Meisels from MHouse

by ·

Interior designer Shirley Meisels, principal of MHouse Inc. in Toronto, has been featured in numerous international publications and media such as The Steven & Chris Show, CityLine, House and Home, Chatelaine and Style at Home. Shirley's unique aesthetic is often described as modern yet warm and approachable.

Meisels uses various Caesarstone products in her designs, always creating a unique vision with sophisticated cohesiveness.

This modern kitchen with a Blizzard-topped island is bold, yet balanced. The dark and light contrast sets the kitchen apart in this open-concept space.

Open shelves, an exposed hood and simplistic pendant lights create a stylish, welcoming kitchen. The geometric backsplash in white boasts dimensional beauty, especially against the speckling of Oyster countertops.

This Lake Simcoe Residence is flooded with light from a window-wall overlooking the beautiful lake off to the right. The 14’ ceilings and color palette reflects the brightness outdoors, yet modest enough to allow the blue of the view remain unrivaled. The Misty Carrera countertop and backsplash perfectly compliment the light-colored cabinetry.
