How to Arrange Throw Pillows on a Bed
When people make their bed, I’ve noticed that it can be over complicated which can be greatly simplified. Arranging your pillows should be a fun process and personalized to each individual.
I love the overall look of this bed. The covers are completely pulled back with an intricate designed duvet. The main head pillows are covered and two beautifully patterned pillows are thrown casually that ties in all the colors. Pillows don’t have to be perfectly arranged.

Pillows are so much fun because they bring pattern and texture into your room. When choosing patterns, don’t be afraid to pair different varieties. Pillows should be the accessory that you go wild with. Experiment with finding what you love and display each pillow the way you want to.

A favorite rule of thumb that I always come back to is using a similar color palette with designs and shapes. This way you can continue to contribute to your bed with as many pillows as you’d like, if you have a throw pillow addiction like I do.

One pillow? Yes, just one pillow can sometimes look better than a plethora of pillows. Throw in a black one amongst a sea of white covers for an alluring way to make a profound presentation in your bedroom. It doesn’t have to be strictly black. You can play around with colors and choose your favorite bold tone to add to your bed.
I realize that this post is all about how to arrange throw pillows but I must add that they are not a requirement to finish off your bedroom look. A bedroom can look complete without them. As much as I am obsessed with throw pillows, you are not wrong in not adding a few.
