Designer Spotlight | Oakville Kitchen and Bath Centre

by ·

The home is more than a space to live, it’s a place where family comes together and creates lasting memories. That’s why it’s important to design every room with personal style and function in mind. Oakville Kitchen and Bath Centre has designed unique kitchens and bathrooms for homeowners since 1965. Instead of visiting the showroom, we’re bringing their designs and custom cabinetry to you!

We begin with a bright white kitchen lined with walls of windows. The natural light just bounces off the Organic White waterfall-edge island!

Beside the island, Oakville extended the countertop to incorporate a dining space. Talk about oven to table, every meal will be served hot! And if you want your food a bit colder, just open the hidden fridge on the left.

Piatra Grey was used throughout the perimeter of the kitchen, including the newly- built butler’s pantry and bar.

Contrasting textures, high ceilings, and statement pieces. This modern rustic kitchen features Calacatta Nuvo counters and a layered walnut table top. The fun geometric island can seat up to five.

Let us all appreciate the material mix here!

Before Oakville weaved their design magic, this bathroom was old, dark, and lacking storage. After breaking down the space, they created custom white cabinetry paired with a grey and pale blue color scheme.

In line with the color scheme, Bianco Drift’s grey and white veining was the perfect option for the countertop.

The best way to make a laundry room fun? A colorful tile backsplash! With the Blizzard counters and white cabinets, this space is the perfect mix of utility and personality.

Oakville aimed to create a calm space that was relaxed and elegant. Using the existing millwork of the space and implementing panel- ready appliances, the team was able to create a seamless design while the Piatra Grey counters and dark backsplash add a dash of drama.

Creating a durable space is important. Oakville added low maintenance porcelain tile flooring and Bianco Drift countertops. The new, dark wood furniture adds depth and timelessness.

Goal: create a transitional and chic space that is perfect for the family and entertaining. To achieve this, Oakville added a combination of white and navy shaker cabinets and bronze pulls. While subway tiles line the wall on one side of the kitchen, Calacatta Nuvo was used for the counters and backsplash on the other.

A simple and clean design for a clean laundry room! With durable Ocean Foam counters and custom cabinets, the homeowners have lots of storage space.

Looking for a statement piece? Check out this pendant! Oakville designed this stunning kitchen with a waterfall-edge Symphony Grey island, a connecting dark walnut dining table extension, and a Raven perimeter.

The new bathroom throne is officially this gorgeous shower ledge. The shower features a Tuscan Dawn seat to match the bathroom vanity.

We end our tour with a transitional design with three levels of cabinets. The open- concept design features an Alpine Mist island and Pebble perimeter.

Oakville Kitchen and Bath Centre is proud to be a resource to the design community and to help homeowners create their dream home. We just love their designs!
